SV MechCAD is a mechanical CAD studio. This page covers the details you send through the contact form on this website. We do not run user accounts or take payments on this site.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, company (if given), email, phone, the service you selected, and the project details you write. That is what we need to reply to a design brief.

How we use it

We use the enquiry to email our team and to send you a confirmation. We do not sell contact details. We do not use the form to send marketing lists.

Analytics

If Google Analytics is configured on this site, page views and a lead event on a successful form submit may be recorded. Measurement IDs are set in the server environment, not in this copy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry mail sits in the inbox we use to answer jobs. We keep it as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up on that design. This site does not store form submissions in its own database.
