SV MechCAD is a mechanical CAD studio. We design jigs and fixtures, small special purpose machines, lifting beams, lifting lugs, and the drawings that go with them. When the load path has to be proven, we back the model with FEA. We are not a factory, and we do not migrate CAD platforms — the deliverable is the design.

APPROACH

We model and detail. Manufacturing stays with your shop or vendor — our deliverable is the CAD.

Clamp access, weld clearance, lifting geometry, and BOM structure are treated as design criteria.

Where the load path matters, FEA sits next to the model so the design is proven on screen.

Assemblies, drawings, and reviews stay tight — a package your builder can execute without guessing.
WHAT WE SOLVE
That might be a drilling jig, a welding fixture, a compact SPM, a spreader beam, or a padeye on a skid. SV MechCAD models the assembly, details the drawing, and — where specified — checks the structure in FEA. SolidWorks, Creo, or Solid Edge, as the job requires. Your fabricator cuts the steel.
